Academy Administrator (Casual Contract – Term Time Only)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + occasional on-site in Halifax/York)
Pay: £12.50 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Casual, flexible hours — term time only
All-Star Academy is a growing performing arts organisation working across schools and community venues. We are seeking a reliable, organised and creative Academy Administrator to support the smooth running of our classes, systems and communications.
This role blends precise administration and finance support with warm customer care and light creative content.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate student records, registers and documentation
• Support enrolments, waiting lists and class changes
• Track payments, invoices and financial records
• Act as first point of contact for parents and partners
• Send newsletters, updates and term communications
• Assist with simple social media content and scheduling
• Support the Director with organisation, deadlines and events
Essential Skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using spreadsheets and digital systems
• Comfortable handling payments and records
• Strong written communication skills
• Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information
Desirable
• Experience in admin, education, arts or community settings
• Familiarity with Canva, social media or content creation
• Interest in the arts, education or community work
