The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you’ll manage buyers and sellers throughout the sales journey, from first enquiry to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
• Generating new business opportunities
• Assist in carrying out valuations
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
Package:
Salary: £28,000
OTE: £32,000 +
Monday - Friday (No weekends)
