HR MANAGER
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Overseeing recruitment selection in the onboarding process.
• Interviewing eligible candidates.
• Ensuring that companies procedures comply with employment regulations Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance such as attendance and sick leave and Annual Leave.
• Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.
• Creating Staff Rota.
Salary: £53,000.00 (Per Annum)
Skills/Qualifications/Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive HR matters confidently.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
• Resilient, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a focus on achieving results.
• Ideally focused on employee relations, performance management, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Full-time & Permanent Job.
