Multi-Skilled Electrician – Repairs & Maintenance

Up to £42,000 + Van + Fuel
Griggs Property Care are looking for a Multi-Skilled Electrician for a full-time, permanent mobile role.
The work covers electrical repairs and maintenance, plus general multi-trade tasks across residential and commercial properties. Jobs include reactive maintenance, insurance repairs and planned works across London and the Home Counties.
If you’re an experienced electrician with most of the below, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition preferred)
• Experience in electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding
• Some multi-trade skills (plumbing, patching, decorating, basic carpentry)
• Property or building maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Willing to complete any outstanding cards or certifications if needed
What’s on offer
• Salary up to £42,000 (DOE)
• Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30
• Optional overtime and weekend work
• Company van and fuel card
• Tablet, work phone and uniform
