Salary: £40,000–£50,000
Location: Pinner (Office-based, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for occasional home working)

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Office Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Pinner. This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily running of the office and ensure smooth operations
• Provide high-level administrative support to management
• Manage office processes, suppliers, and general administration
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and diaries
• Support HR and onboarding tasks where required
• Handle incoming queries and ensure a professional first point of contact
• Maintain office systems and documentation
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general office software
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Professional, positive, and able to build strong internal relationships
