We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
• Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and general clerical support.
• Assist with financial administration and documentation using QuickBooks (training can be provided if needed).
• Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, demonstrating flexibility and a “can-do” attitude.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively.
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
