Executive Personal Assistant – ENGIE, United Kingdom – Full‑time, Permanent
What you will do
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, Station Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
• Manage complex schedules, arrange meetings and coordinate travel for senior executives.
• Handle confidential correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise high‑level conferences and events, including hosting corporate executives and local dignitaries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate minutes for Company Council and Senior Leadership meetings.
• Manage and monitor the management budget, with purchasing responsibility up to £5k per month.
• Act as the first point of contact, screening calls and handling inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
What you will bring
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
• Relevant administrative or business qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent).
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with proficiency in English (Welsh language skills are a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and adaptability to new office technologies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain impartiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and external partners.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Job based in
Dinorwig – on‑site support of the leadership team.
