Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare, Newton Aycliffe. £32,000 - £38,000 p/year, Commission, Free parking.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newton Aycliffe. You will need to have at least 12 months experience within healthcare recruitment as you will be responsible for growing a busy temporaries desk within an existing client base and also new business development.

Responsibilities:
• Grow the desk through business development and creating new clients and candidates
• Utilise job boards and social media to write adverts and attract suitable candidates
• Screening candidates via video calling and face to face
• Attend service visits with existing clients and create new prospective client visits on a regular basis
• Conduct on-site inductions where required
• Ensure all candidates and clients are compliant
• Managing admin tasks, holiday and P45 requests etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
